Credit is the core of the financial,the existence of credit to the financial system more stable.China’s Rapid development of China’s Internet industry making using the Internet data to evaluate personal credit possible. As a result,the Internet industry will become an important part of the credit market in China.Internet credit reporting is a kind of new business,by using the large amount of data generated from the Internet,we can more accurately reflect personal credit what traditional credit reporting can not do.Because of Internet data is very complicated and huge,how to choose credit evaluation data,if this assessment is valid,these questions make important sense.This paper studies in this way:First of all,we study some theory, they are Asymmetric information theory, The social capital theory, Credit analysis and Credit scoring.The theory is the foundation of our research.The second,we study the Internet behavior,we classify the behavior of the Internet,combine it through the traditional technique of credit, and finally found that the Internet behavior and credit have some relationship.The last,We study the ZhiMa credit,and explore how to build it,What problems it has,how to avoid these problems in the future.Through research we found that:The Internet behavior can reflect personal credit;ZhiMa credit is an Internet products,It uses the technology of the traditional credit assessment,and implement some changes,it has a wide range of data sources.and can be used in more places.But it also has some problems,such as user privacy security,the data is incomplete,data processing technologies,and so on.In order to guarantee the healthy development of China’s credit market,we should establish unified for personal identification,and set up the data transaction market.
