With the development of economic and social and the support of nati onal policy for Chi na rural areas, grea t changes have taken place there in recent years. Tradi tional marketing way in rural areas was gradually replaced by the chain supermar kets,convenienc e stores and other chain business, and t he modern rural circula ti on network headed by town shop, given pri ority to township and based on the village shop has been gradua lly formed. Di stribution is very important in the posi tion of the whole logis tics network. The core of the distributi on proce ss is to optimize the delivery path of the vehicle, it is also an im portant way to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs. In a reasonable scheme of vehicle di stribution, delivery path has played a very import ant role.This paper takes the rural ci rcula tion suppl y chain as the researc h object and the logistics distribution in the rural ci rculat ion supply chain as the breakt hrough point,st udies the path optimization problem of the distribution. First, it discusses the definition, component s and characteristics of t he rural circula ti on supply chain;detailed introduces the concept, problem descript ion and constituent elements of the logistics distribution pat h optimi zation and classifies the VRP problem according to the differe nt element att ributes; th e relate d algorithm of th e VRP problems has been classified, according to the produce d t ime has divided into precision algorithm and heuristic algori thm, heuristic algorit hm is divi ded into tradit ional heuristic algorit hm and modern heurist ic algorithm and it al so has a brief analys is of the concept, basic principle and chara cter istics of the commonly used algorithm. The second, build the model of logistics distri bution path optimization of the rural ci rcula tion s upply chai n,put forwa rd the basic assumptions, parameter variabl es, constraint s and objective function of the model of the VRPTW of the rural circulation supply chain and design a genetic algorithm to solve the model. Finally, sel ect a distributi on center in the town of Guxing, Huiji District, Zhengzhou City as an ex ample, t he di stribution cent er deliveries fertili zer, ani mal feed to the customer points of 10 villages it is responsiblefor; genetic algorithm is programmed and run on MATLA B7.0 to solving the problem. By readi ng the res ults, it is found that geneti c algori thm has significant advantage s on solvi ng the problem of logistics dis tribution pat h optim ization of the rural circul at ion supply chain and verifies the feasi bility and effectiveness of the model build in t his paper and the al gorithm des igned.By studyi ng the vehi cle routing optimizat ion problem in the rural circul at ion suppl y chain, it can provide an effect ive s olution for suppliers deliver rural production materials and consumer goods, reduc e the effic iency loss that occurr ed i n the proces s of rural circulation, opti mize the circulation channels of rural product ion materials and cons umer goods and provide a lit tle reference for the i mprovement of rural circulat ion supply chain s ys tem and it’s function play.
