Research On The Financial Performance Evaluation Of Listed Companies In Jiangxi Manufacturing Industry

More than 20 years of wind and rain course let mature securities market in China,the listed company became the leading actor on the stage of market economy. The financial performance of listed companies to become shareholders, creditors,employees, government management departments and other stakeholders on issues of common concern. Therefore, how to scientifically and fairly evaluate the financial performance of listed companies, has become the current financial an important subject in the field of study.In this paper,manufacturing industry listed companies in jiangxi province is chosen as the research object from the perspective of regional industry. First of all, the financial performance evaluation of research literature at home and abroad were reviewed and comb.Then,choose comprehensive evaluation method to build the framework of financial performance evaluation index system of listed companies from four aspects : the debt paying ability, operation ability, profitability and development ability. Besides, using principal component analysis and regression analysis to the four aspects of ability index screening, again after using entropy value method to filter the index weight assignment, established a financial performance evaluation index system of manufacturing industry listed companies in jiangxi province. Then,select 24 manufacturing listed companies in jiangxi province in 2013 annual report data, using the method of comparing with the national industrial enterprises, the manufacturing industry in jiangxi province for the overall financial performance evaluation of listed companies, reoccupy wall score method to rating of24 companies, further analysis to the typical enterprise excellent enterprise successes and poor business reasons of behind. Finally, according to the results of the analysis of the research,mentioned establish an effective financial risk forecast and monitoring early warning mechanism, innovate management mode, strengthen brand management, strengthening the independent innovation and increase investment in research and so on to improve manufacturing level of financing performance of listed companies in jiangxi province countermeasures.
