The stock incentive exactly can properly solve these problems, so favored by domestic and foreign enterprises.There is a "dispersed ownership, decision-making difficult and complicated management" in many modern enterprises, in order to be more scientific and effective motivation in enterprise management team, with the world five hundred strong enterprises of large numbers of large scale enterprise or company as the representative, has carried on the reform in the incentive system, the reform to equity incentive the most prominent. Because the equity incentive act as a link between the upper and lower levels of interest coordination of enterprise in the enterprise, but also a very good solution between the principal and agent because of the interest distribution caused the problem, more importantly will greatly reduce the enterprise internal management resulting in consumption, so it can make the enterprise overall efficiency change. Equity incentive is constrained not only in the enterprise, incentive employees within the enterprise, but also the social elite see good prospect of the enterprise and be absorbed, make enterprise final accumulation of strong human wealth and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Our country in the equity incentive to study abroad has been a long time, but the development experience and the experience is not very solid.
