With the development of knowledge economy and the modern enterprise system steadily,more and more importance of human capital in the development of enterprises is bigger,has become the core competitiveness of enterprises embodies.How to improve the incentive mode,enhance the attraction of talent has become the primary problem in front of the pendulum in the enterprise management.The equity incentive is a kind of innovation of long-term the incentive mode,can make employees as a shareholder to participate in company operation and management to enterprise management and risk sharing,sharing of results,so as to effectively enhance the attraction of talent and cohesion,promote the smooth realization of constantly enhance the competitiveness of the company market and production strategy.At present,the equity shock Lai has been widely used in domestic and foreign listed companies,but because of the practice of China's listed companies on the equity incentive of only 20 years,with a relatively short history,there are still some deficiencies which need to be improved.Based on the related theory,combined with the incentive status of Jiangxi Urban Planning Research Institute staff,from the ownership structure,supervision mechanism makes a tentative study on its equity incentive problems,and Jiangxi urban planning and Design Institute to design a set of perfect reasonable equity incentive scheme accordingly,hoping to the improvement of equity incentive for Jiangxi Urban Planning Research Institute and other listed companies in the industry,enhance the attractiveness and cohesiveness of talent,maintain sustainable operation for itself to provide some reference and suggestions.This paper is mainly divided into several parts as follows:In first of all,the bacgkround,significance and related research trends of this research are summarized;The second part is a brief overview of the incentive theory and principal-agent theory involved in this paper,in order to build a theoretical framework of this paper;The third part,combined with the actual development of Jiangxi urban and rural planning and Design Research Institute,analyzes the current situation of equity incentive,and identifies the problem;The fourth part,according to the problems existing in the equity incentive mechanism of Jiangxi urban and rural planning and Design Research Institute,re planning from the incentive object,incentive mode,incentive cycle and other aspects;The fifth part puts forward the safeguard measures that can be carried out for the equity incentive program of Jiangxi urban and rural planning and Design Research Institute.
