Cloud Manufacturing is a brand-new manufacturing pattern, which was supported by public platform, based on cloud resources including equipment, labor, knowledge, software, Computing-power etc., in order to suit for business clusters features, and for cloud services coordination themes, this manufacturing pattern achieved the collaborative manufacturing among users by services packaging and tasks building according to users’needs. In order to maximize the utilization of manufacturing resources of SMEs, after the analysis of the characteristics of cloud resources and services and project tasks in a typical Cloud Manufacturing model, this thesis designed an improved genetic algorithm based solving method, which was aimed at delivery, cost and quality, then, combined with the die manufacturing scheduling case under the Cloud Manufacturing pattern, the thesis completely discussed the practice and meaning of the cloud resource and service platform. In this thesis, chapters are arranged as follows:Chapter Ⅰ:discussed the background and meaning of the research, and a typical Cloud Manufacturing pattern was given, then, analyzed the similarities and differences between shop scheduling and cloud resource and service optimal scheduling under Cloud Manufacturing, described the status of research in related fields domestic and overseas, and then arranged the main contents among rest chapters.Chapter Ⅱ:explained the mechanism and the business processes in a typical kind of Cloud Manufacturing Mode and described the operating mechanism of cloud resource and service optimal scheduling in this cloud manufacturing Mode and related business process cloud resource and service optimal scheduling from the point of view in the trait, categorization, decomposition of project tasks under the pattern of Cloud Manufacturing.Chapter Ⅲ:built a scheduling optimization model based on the targets of delivery, total cost and quality. This model was built through the description of the cloud tasks or services form, and through the package of combined cloud resource with service, combined with related die manufacturing project model under the Cloud Manufacturing pattern.Chapter Ⅳ:designed the processes of associated genetic algorithm aimed at schedule optimization. In the design procedure, double-stranded coding was selected, the subtasks chain was designed based on life-cycle, deployed the genetic manipulation with variety of ways of crossover and mutation with the policy based on random selection and improvement of the elite league retention selection strategy, initiative decoded considering the logistics information and the tasks constraints. Finally, a Cloud Manufacturing resource and service optimal scheduling system was built in VB.Chapter Ⅴ:introduced the process of the building project tasks in Cloud Manufacturing platform, of the confirming of the candidate cloud services, and of the accessing of relevant optimal scheduling data. Solved process of the model with the help of cloud resource and service optimal scheduling system provided by Cloud Manufacturing platform, fed back the optimal scheduling results in order to support decision making.Chapter Ⅵ:summarized the work and result of the cloud research, pointed out the direction of future research in terms of cloud resource and service optimal scheduling under Cloud Manufacturing pattern.
