In the process of ship project construction,parallel construction pattern is widely used in most ship building enterprise,during this process all the project share many kinds of limited resources.Through the investigation,it is found that there are many factors which lead to the delay of shipbuilding project,such as unbalanced distribution of resources,unreasonable project construction plan and other issues.When the project came to a high priority to accomplish,the most common solution is to increase the project's resource supply which will result the resource's peak and wave trough phenomenon;Simultaneously,while unexpected events happened,there are hardly any measures to make a timely adjust to the project construction plan.Considering all of the above problems,the paper select the ship project as the research object and make research on the time-cost-resource optimization and the multi-project dynamic scheduling optimization technology in the process of shipbuilding and develop the prototype system according to the achievement of the key technology,so as to improve the management level of shipbuilding in our country.In the aspect of theoretical research,firstly,the paper studies the theory of project scheduling optimization,intelligent algorithm theory and multi-project dynamic scheduling optimization theory,and provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up model.Secondly,based on the modern shipbuilding model,the ship construction process is analyzed,the ship construction process and the network plan and the relationship between the construction period and the cost are put forward,and the multi-objective scheduling model of the ship project is raised.Thirdly,based on the multi-objective optimization of the ship project,a method based on the cloud genetic algorithm is proposed.Multi-project dynamic scheduling optimization is proposed to solve the self-learning genetic algorithm.Finally,combined with the ship project construction process,the actual construction data is used to verify the results of the example and verify the feasibility of the algorithm.In the aspect of system implementation,the multi-objective dynamic scheduling optimization management system of ship project is developed based on Spring development framework and B/S architecture design,and the combination of theoretical research and system is realized.The results show that the multi-objective integrated scheduling optimization and multi-project dynamic scheduling optimization of the ship project can not only effectively shorten the construction period of the project,reduce the construction cost of the project,but also make the enterprise's resource allocation more reasonable balance,to avoid the emergence of the peak use of resources.On this basis,it is possible to realize the dynamic scheduling optimization of emergencies in the implementation process of the ship multi-project and improve the construction management ability of the enterprise.
