Research On The Rationality Structure Of Urban Land

The structure of Urban Land refers to the Interaction and effect of scale and spatial structure of the various functions of land inside the city.The structure of Urban Land fully reflects the allocation of urban land resources among various sectors,thus reflecting the ratio between the various types of functions of city land.The research on the rationality structure of Urban Land contribute to the rational allocation of urban land resources between the various industrial sectors,at the same time,through the analysis of dynamic evolution of Urban Land,contribute to adjustment the strategy of socio-econom ic development,constantly optimize the structure of Urban Land,thus achieving the goal of sustainable land use.Therefore,base on the domestic and foreign scholars study on the structur e of Urban Land,elaborate the concept, the basic theory and research methods associated with he structure of Urban Land,In 2012 the city state of Chinese provinces and cities will land on the basis of data,with the information entropy and Gini coefficient arithmetic algorithms,calculation and analysis of the reasonableness of the structure of Urban Land,give constructive comments; and in the acquisition of Taiyuan urban land use and related socio-economic statistical data on the basis of 1999-2011 years,with the information entropy of urban land use structure、balanced degree、dominance and principal compone nt analysis,analysis of the driving force of the evolution of the land use structur e of Taiyuan city.understand patterns and trends in urban land use change in Taiyuan,provide a reference of land restructuring and land use planning for Taiyuan city.Through this study, get the following conclusion:(1)The overall level of the capital city of the land use structure rationality is general, the unreasonable capital city accounted for the city’s share of the total capital reached 59.26%, more than half, Urban land restructuring imminent.(2)According to the status quo of the capital structure of urban land, through the computational analysis, making recommendations to improve the urban land corresponding structure.(3)During the 1999-2011 Taiyuan Urban land use structure information entropy change experienced two distinct phases:The first phase of 1999-2004, more intense entropy change, entropy decreased significantly, and finally to maintain a lower level;The second stage,2005-2011, an increase in entropy, and finally stabilized. The changes in the process of urban land use structure in Taiyuan city in line with the law of entropy values of land use structure,during thel 999-2004, the scale of industrial land in Taiyuan gradually rapid expansion, dominance more evident, resulting in information entropy decrease;In the period 2005-2011, with the adjustment of industrial structure in Taiyuan, the gradual improvement of urban infrastructure, the quality of living continues to improve, so mat the information entropy has increased and stabilized.In the future,while promoting the industrial restructuring and transition,still need to further improvement of urban functions,In particular, the need to improve the area of road and square.(4)According to the component analysis.there are three main components affect Urban land use structure change in Taiyuan,these three main componen ts and their contribution rates were:the first,thelevel of economic development and population size development in Taiyuan, the contribution rate of 73.96%; the second, the industrial restructuring in Taiyuan,the contribution rate of 16.267%;the third,the social welfare in Taiyuan, the contribution rate 8.407%.
