Study On The Risk Management System Of S Commercial Banks

S is a bank founded in the actual 90’s national joint-stock commercial banks, the main business of financial assets and liabilities, business with high risk. After nearly 20 years of developm ent, the assets and liabilities sc ale expand rapidly, the business becomes more widely, but the bank risk management does not keep up with the pace of business development. In recent years, S commercial banks to put forward to the construction of modern international financial bank, according to the new Bas el Capital Accord requirements for bank risk management system for construction, especially the i mpact of financial crisis of the past two years, S comm ercial bank a p ressing matter of the mom ent is to build a perfect risk management system in o rder to maintain the healthy and steady development is particularly important.In this paper, the risk management system of commercial bank S as an example, according to the requirements of the new Basel C apital Accord, risk management, starting from the general situation of S commercial bank ri sk management, the interpretation of the risk management organization and structure, analysis and operation situation of the risk management system, based on the recognition of S comm ercial bank internal and the external risk source, analyze the existing problems in the m anagement of risks. Study on the risk management through the establishment of evaluation system of S commercial bank, construction of S commercial bank risk early warning model and empirical test, on the basis of study on the prevention and control of S commercial bank for risk and resolve, the internal control and external risk prevention, then put forward by optimizing the organizational structure and risk management, strengthen risk the management system construction, strengthen risk management of technical support and cultivate a good risk management culture to guarantee the S of commercial bank risk management system effective operation.
