Study On The Construction Of Logistics System Of The Municipal Power Supply Enterprises

With the in-depth development of construction of State Grid’s "3I5G" system and under the promotion of "Great Logistics" mode, logistics management of power supply enterprises has gradually transformed from pure rear service to an important part of strategic management of power supply enterprises. The support capability of rear service has become an important factor to ensure the innovative and sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore it has become an inevitable requirement of sustainable development of power supply enterprise to establish the logistics management system which meets the needs of development of power supply enterprise and to promote support capability of rear service for sustainable development of power supply enterprise.By means of related theoretical research in logistical support and the analysis of application achievement, this paper discusses the following questions from perspective of procedure:What does the support capability of rear service need? How to build a rear service support system of power supply enterprise? How to design rear service support system specifically and apply it to practice? Firstly, based on the situation analysis of logistics management, this paper does the analysis aimed at the elements of support capability of rear service for power supply enterprise and their relationships. The modelling and application strategy of logistics support system are proposed from three points of organization, procedure and capability. Secondly, application of PEMM provides thoughts and methods to evaluate support capability of rear service and explores the way to build the maturity evaluation mechanism of rear service support capability. Thirdly, taking Ningbo power supply enterprise as example, based on situation analysis of logistics management, rear service support system of Ningbo power supply enterprise has been established using the model of rear service support system as frame and the enterprise has evaluated and applied the maturity of rear service support capability. This paper solves the problem that the supply capability of rear service falls short of the demand of power supply enterprise. This research result provides one set of operational processes and methods to establish rear service support system based on their own support capability of rear service and needs of development.
