With increasingly intense competition of the worldwide wind energy market,the core gradually shifted from competition between businesses to supply chains.How the node enterprises in wind power supply chain logistics do a good collaborative management becomes an answer needed urgent answer in wind industry supply chain logistics management.This thesis studies the collaborative management of the node enterprises in wind power supply chain logistics.First,this paper introduces the basic theory of supply chain,logistics,and synergy theory and explains the structure of wind turbines,the main components of the wind turbine and the features of wind power equipment logistics.In this paper,the supply chain and logistics framework for wind power are built and the wind power supply chain and logistics node enterprise characteristics are analyzed.Second,based on the upper features,this paper builds overall structure of the collaborative management between the node enterprises in the wind power supply chain logistics and describes the core subject of the wind power supply chain logistics.After the analysis,this paper summarizes the reason of the synergies between the wind power logistics supply chain node enterprises.Based on synergetic theory of order parameter,self-organization principle and servo principle,this paper establishes a collaborative model for wind power supply chain logistics node enterprises.Through the analysis of the synergies variables between the node enterprises,the collaborations of endogenous variables and exogenous variables are summed up,the order parameter equations of the wind power supply chain logistics node enterprises are derived and the development process of wind power supply chain logistics node enterprise mutual collaboration are described.Based on the order parameter equations,the synergies degree of the wind power supply chain logistics node synergies is calculated.Finally,this paper establishes an evaluation index system of the synergies degree for the wind power supply chain node enterprises.After the detailed analysis of the specific meaning of each evaluation index,AHP are applied to evaluate the synergies degree of the wind power supply chain node enterprises.As used herein,the results of the research do benefit in broadening the scope of the wind power supply chain logistics management and provide guidance fordecision-making of wind power supply chain logistics management.In addition,the research enhances the trust level between the wind power supply chain logistics node enterprises which leads to the win-win cooperation and resource sharing,thereby improves the competitiveness of wind power supply chain.
