The Ningbo’s electricity supply chain upstream and downstream also were taken into account. To make the power grid companies throughout the supply chain can achieve the optimum situation, this article based on the internal and external of the supply chain model of Ningbo’s electricity grid. And through the process intensification method to improve requirements planning logistics, procurement, warehousing and distribution and reverse logistics, transportation. And combined electricity grid, suppliers,3PL and the internal logistics to achieve the integration of operation management system. Use this to improve Ningbo grid companies’ logistics operations and management, so that the development of the grid can keep up with the pace of the modern logistics development.
