Firstly, the industrial chain of a green agricultural product is summarized. Combined with system theory and cooperating theory, it is proposed that the definition of Heilongjiang Province green agricultural product. According to the data from “the Year Book of Heilongjiang Statistics”, the influence factors are analyzed, which will be the base of industrial chain integration.The industrial chain structure of the green agricultural product is analyzed. According to the absent status of the industry chain, it is proposed of the basic structure, which includes upper link, middle link, lower link and environment factors: policy environment and marketing environment.Then, it is analyzed of the integration goal, adopting organization theory of the industrial chain, trading cost theory, company capability theory, the integration goal is given: cooperation. The goal is improving the ability of creating price to obtain the completion advantages. The mode of the integration includes stock bought mode, strategic alliances, industrial cluster.At last, it is proposed that the integration strategy of green agricultural products in Heilong Jiang. That is crosswise integration and vertical integration. The crosswise integration is designed to three loops: plant growing---building farmer special cooperation organization; processing industry---conceiving the leading enterprise as the core, considering the region characteristics and industrial cluster, adopting the method of property capital rebuilt and capital merger, the collectivization of the agriculture product processing company can be realized; marketing---building a future goods market. The vertical integration is designed to three loops too: the first is material source; the second is material processing; the third is market and brand trademark. The green agriculture product companies in the loops of plant growing, store, processing, selling can be linked together by the way of stock bought mode or strategic alliances, resulting to the industrial chain, in which the manufacture materials can be allocated with the optimization and the competition ability can be improved.
