As an important area in western Gansu province, to give full play to regional advantages, by borrowing country " All the way around" situation of economic development, strive to the major achievements on the rural financial reform and development. In the process of economic development in Gansu province, the problems of the rural financial development is special and important, only the rural financial efficiency increases on the whole, financial reform and development in Gansu province will be able to make major breakthroughs.In this article, synthetic evaluation on Gansu province rural financial efficiency is the main line, based on the basic theory of the rural financial development and rural financial efficiency, the comparative analysis of different ways is to measure the efficiency on the basis of DEA model, using the nonparametric statistical analysis method based on the relevant data from 2008 to 2012 in Gansu province 14 areas to evaluate efficiency of rural finance. Then, use malmquist index decomposition of Gansu province rural financial efficiency. With tobit model to analyze the influence of environmental factors on the Gansu province rural financial efficiency.
