Since the 90 s, along with the expansion of the size of the market and the economic function of increasingly perfect, the securities market in our country got started and gradually become the important factors that affect China’s economic growth, at the beginning of the securities market development experience of the twists and turns and the subsequent outbreak of the Asian financial crisis exposed the disadvantages of the securities market development, triggered widespread economic panic, therefore also inspired many scholars further study and discussion, in this process, our country has accumulated quite a theory of stock market volatility, however, the instability of stock market volatility is not able to fully reveal its secrets, we still need to draw lessons from foreign advanced experience to follow the pace of the securities market reform on the basis of the further study of the development of the securities market. In this paper, research on the phenomenon of the securities market and the rise and fall of the designed to compensate for our country in the aspect of investor structure and index of operation mode the shortage of the research on stock market volatility, and attempts to the theoretical study of China’s securities market and the reform and healthy operation of the securities market to provide the reference and inspiration, to achieve the goal of the ambitious economic reform for China and the healthy development of China’s securities market has positive significance.
