| The essence of arable land resources, is the guarantee of food safety and human survival and development of material basis, plays an important role in the protection of national and regional economic security and social stability. However, in our country, the contradiction between people and land is very prominent, and in the process of industrialization and urbanization, a large number of cultivated land is destructed and occupied, the quantity and quality of cultivated land in China are falling. More seriously, the abuse of chemical fertilizer and pesticide, agricultural film makes the soil pollution serious, ecological environment deteriorated gradually, cultivated land resource ecological security is facing serious challenges hitherto unknown,seriously influents to the sustainable development of China’s natural and social economy. The study of ecological security for arable land resources, based on the absorption of other relevant research results, makes the entire city of Zhoukou as the research object, divided the influence factors of ecological security of cultivated land resources into the direct factors, indirect influence factors, established the evaluation index system of ecological security of cultivated land resources in accordance with the actual situation of Zhoukou City, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, and using comprehensive indexes and method to calculate the value of ecological security of cultivated land resources, cultivated land resource ecological security situation in the 10 District of the city of Zhoukou and its subsidiary, according to the calculation results in classification and spatial analysis, finally draws the following conclusion:(1)The ecological security situation of cultivated land resources in Zhoukou City is not optimistic, ecological security value in 2003-2012 the past 10 years has experienced increased gradually and declined slowly the two stages: the first stage is a slow increase from 2003 to 2009, the comprehensive value increased from 0.441236 of critical safety grade in 2003 to 0.454532 of general security level in 2009, increased significantly up to 3%, compared with the low level of the past ten years, at this stage the security situation of ecological Zhoukou city gets the development of the recovery; the second stage is from 2009 to 2012, the comprehensive values from the general security level of 0.454532 in 2009 gradually decreased to the critical level of 0.446613 in 2012, dropped to 1.74% in recent years, showed that the ecological security of cultivated land resources Zhoukou city is gradually deteriorating trend.(2) The comprehensive value of the ecological security of cultivated land resources in each district and county of Zhoukou city in 2003 is low as a whole, the comprehensive value does not have a county for more than 0.55, the Huaiyang county ranked first is only 0.4926, only the comprehensive value of the top four counties are more than 0.45, accounting for 40% of all districts and counties. The three lowest comprehensive values in the counties are below 0.35, accounted for 30% in all the districts and counties. Among them, Shenqiu county ranked last is only 0.3412. By 2009, both as a whole or the county situation has improved significantly, which Huaiyang county with 0.5626 of the total ranked first, more than 0.45 of the county reached 5, more than 0.44 of the county has reached 7 and accounted for 70% of all counties, only Xiangcheng city ranked last comprehensive value is less than 0.4. However, in 2012 the county’s comprehensive value compared to 2009 there has been a noticeable decline, Huaiyang county still ranked first with 0.5512, compared with 0.5626 in 2009 fell by 0.0114, more than 0.44 of the area of the integrated value is from 7 in 2009 down to 5, ranking after three comprehensive value in Xiangcheng Shenqiu and Dancheng are all below 0.4, of which Xiangcheng and Shenqiu are respectively 0.3489 and 0.3525.(3) The overall change trend of Zhoukou city’s ecological security of cultivated land resources the is broadly in line with the city’s districts and counties, but there are significant differences between the districts and counties. In 2003 10 counties in Huaiyang, Xihua, Fugou, Shangshui, belongs to the general security, Chuanhui, Luyi, Xiangcheng, Dancheng belong to the critical safety, Shenqiu, Taikang belong to the sensitive level; the ecological security situation in 2009 the counties have greatly improved, Huaiyang County reached a relatively safe level, Shangshui, Xihua, Taikang, Dancheng belong to the general security, Fugou, Shenqiu, Luyi, Xiangcheng Chuanhui belong to the critical safety, However, good times don’t last long, in 2012 the comprehensive value of seven counties in ten counties have suffered decline of different degrees, Huaiyang county still is in relatively safe level, Fugou, Xihua, Shangshui belongs to the general security level, UPM, Shenqiu Dancheng, Luyi, Taikang, Xiangcheng county belongs to the critical safety, reduced to the sensitive level.(4)Compared with the previous period, the overall situation of ecological security of cultivated land resources in Zhoukou city has improved over the past ten years, but its security level is still relatively low, especially in the situation of ecological security in recent years have a tendency to deteriorate. As the Henan province and the country’s major grain producing areas, cultivated land resource ecological security of Zhoukou city still faces many challenges, such as with the rapid progress of urbanization and industrialization process, a large number of cultivated land is occupied, regional environment pollution and the abuse of chemical fertilizer and pesticide lead to the quality of the cultivated land resources gradually decreased, ecological disasters have occurred. Aiming to solve the problem of cultivated land resources in Zhoukou City, and puts forward some corresponding measures, but have to admit that the cultivated land resource ecological security and we still have a long way to go. |
