Study On The Impact Of Urban Residents’ Income Distribution Gap On The Urban Residents’ Consumption Demand

With the reform and opening up, the social and economic rapid development, changes in income distribution to make the income distribution gap between urban residents increased, the urban residents’ income gap enlargement brought the problem of insufficient consumer demand.In this paper, by introducing the theory of income and consumption in the past, the current understanding of the relationship between income and consumption in accordance with the demand of our theory. To define the collection of data on income and consumption, the main source of income in our country since the reform and opening up the status quo analysis of observation, urban residents’ disposable income and consumption status and consumption demand changes and the degree of social income gap. Research and analysis of influence factors of urban residents "consumption demand, the gap of income and other factors impact on consumer demand, and the distribution of income is the main factor affecting the current.Research on the relationship between income distribution and consumption, the absolute data on income gap in the general case is analyzed to explain its impact on consumption demand. But because of the different income levels of residents between groups of different functions, in order to establish a universal applicability, the income distribution structure as the starting point, to study the relationship between disposable income and consumption expenditure, the disposable income of urban residents were stratified according to the level of income. The income gap is affected by changes in the income effect of MPC, APC and indirect consumption demand, so first of all income groups of urban residents family income and MPC, the impact of the income gap between the change of APC caused the change of the consumer demand.The results of MPC regression analysis showed that diminishing marginal consumption Keynes’ s absolute income theory of law in all income groups also have applicability, and with the increasing of income gap, higher income than great income, but MPC is smaller, the society of APC reduced, lack of consumer demand in the community. Using the APC analysis method to construct a ΔAPC model of income effect, use APC to represent the consumption behavior of the residents, to avoid large calculation error sum. In the model, the income effect of the income in the income distribution relative position and influence on the urban master degree of APC, and further comparative analysis of the different social class income effect under APC. The model results show that: in the income effect under different income levels can determine the effect of APC adjustment of income distribution structure of APC, the improvement in the distribution of income of low-income status, can greatly improve the overall APC.The effect of income distribution gap of income structure brought based on urban residents’ consumption demand brings, to improve the level of consumption and put forward some suggestions.
