Ansteel Mining Performance Management System Optimization Design Research

In the practice of the performance management, the companies often pay more attention to functional performance and ignore the organizational goals. They use the performance evaluation instead of the performance management and the performance results are only linked to wages, which resulting in performance management becoming a mere formality, not worked its proper role. Investigating its reason mainly, it is fuzzy for enterprise managers to understand performance management, there not being forming a impeccable performance management system model. In this paper, I focus on “how to build the performance management system which is fit for mining companies”. The theories of the modern performance management and performance appraisal method are applied to study the An-Steel Mining Company, which can do the comprehensive analysis and design to An-Steel Mining performance appraisal system. This paper starts the introduction from the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, research content and method firstly, pointing out the necessity and significance of the research of An-Steel Mining performance management system; Secondly, combining with the actual situation of An-Steel Mining Company performance management system, it systematically analyzes the existing problems, aiming at the existing problem which design optimization of the performance management scheme; Thirdly, using the advanced theory and method of performance management at home and abroad to the new performance management system of An-Steel Mining to verify the operation results,and to predict possible problems and put forward safeguard measures; Finally, this paper concludes the construction of a new performance management system of An-Steel Mining Company.
