Our country each year about7000items of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, including into realistic productivity is about30%-30%, compared with the developed countries by70%-80%difference far, our country the status quo of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation efficiency is a cause for concern.And an agricultural science and technology achievements or form often experienced a large number of experiments and tests, requires a number of human resources, capital and other new varieties, new technology research and development, test, etc., can further promote and industrialization.
