Research On Endowment Insurance System Of Enterprises

Enterprises as an important part of the market economy, occupies an important position in China’s national economy, and position to take the important foundation for old-age insurance system. The endowment insurance system after the reform for more than ten years, the achievements are commendable, but we also can not ignore the problems existing in the process of implementation. Enterprise endowment insurance system for both social stability and stimulate economic growth, promote the public interest and the efficiency of enterprises and common development. In a market economy, increase the efficiency of enterprises, vitality and development potential is crucial to promoting economic growth of enterprises. And pension insurance in enterprises facing difficulties in fund raising, funds not received in the current period arrives, the scale of personal accounts empty account is increasing coverage hard to expand, increasing the value of funds, lagging, the rule of law, lack of talent and so on its own shortcomings and lack of external institutional support, making their follow-up to and implementation of the pension insurance system is not in place.Combined with the theoretical research and empirical analysis, aiming at the defects of pension insurance system of six enterprises in PRD, the author thinks that to give full play to the government, the enterprises in the endowment insurance system reform and improve the respective role. Concrete measures are:first, improve the top design, and promote the healthy development of the enterprise pension system. Second, increase the power enterprise compensation endowment insurance, enhance their ability to cope with risks. Third, gradually realize the individual accounts, Establish a long-term effective mechanism of enterprise pension system.
