Research On The Relationship Between Governace Structure And Governace Performance Ingroup Network

The enhancement of market uncertainty and complexity of business environmentput forward higher request in internal structure of enterprise group pushed by the spreadof information technology and the demand of inner knowledge. Enterprise group beganto network organization evolution. However, along with the enterprise group networkfeatures appeared, group governance will also be transformed from the originalhierarchical management to network management. The group network managementlevel will directly determine the competitiveness of the enterprise group in the market.Governance structure is the key element of network governance group, it plays animportant influence in group degree of network governance. Whereas in the past thestudy of the governance structure stays in a single layer of corporate governance. Thestudy is obvious insufficient in the connotation and characteristics of networkgovernance structure and the core group of network governance--the relationshipbetween the governance performance. It’s more difficult to explain and solve newproblems and new phenomena in the practice of enterprise group network. Therefore,this article will delve into the connotation of network governance structure andgovernance performance, characteristics and mechanism of this relationship.First, this article applies the method of literature analysis, combs the domestic andinternational relevant research results about the group of network governance, andclearly defines group network, network governance structure and governanceperformance elements. Secondly, based on transaction cost theory and the structure holetheory, redraw group network governance structure and governance performanceevaluation dimensions with reference to previous research results. And Further studythe two dimensional contact tightness and network centricity of group networkgovernance structure influence the mechanism of group network governanceperformance. And build the model of the group network governance structure andgovernance performance relationship theory. Then, we uses empirical analysis method,selecting obvious characteristics of network organization as the research object, apply ofstructural equation model (SEM) for modeling and data analysis, verify the constructedtheoretical model.In this article, combining theory and practice, showed this in the end: the twodimensions of network governance structure and network centricity have a positive rolein promoting the performance management, but the influence degree is different, group network should strengthen both of the management so that they can continue towork.
