Research On The Relationship Between Governance Structure And Governance Performance Of Network Organization

In a globalized economy,network organization is becoming the most important wayfor enterprise to acquire the necessary resource.However, under limited reason,opportunism and information asymmetry conditions, the problem of opportunism,hitchhiking is easy to appear which lead to inefficient management. Networkorganization governance has become an unavoidable problem which receives increasingattention from the theoretic and industry realms.Network organization governance takegovernance structure as the starting point,interact with the foundation of goodgovernance mechanism,committed to good governance performance.Networkorganization governance structure reflects the link of each node,the relative position andthe relationship which determines the distribution of the depth of integration,thebehavior rules of enterprises and finally affects the overall network organizationbehavior orientation.Therefore,the relationship between governance structure andgovernance performance needs further study.Based on the relevant literatures in home and abroad,defines the logicalrelationship between corporate governance structure and governance performance ofnetwork organization,this paper constructs the model of governance structure andgovernance performance,analysis on the dynamic evolution of networkorganization,consider the internal relations between governance structure andgovernance performance of network organization.Based on the simulation results,theresearch will be helpful to put forward policy proposals and further guide the practice.Based on the network organization theory, complex system theory, new economicsociology theory and other disciplines,the study obtained the following conclusions:thenetwork size is positively related to network organization performance in a certain rangeas well as the network concentration,but with the evolution of network organization, therelationship between the final of the two inverted U type.Therefore,we should notblindly expand the scale and enhance the degree of concentration of networkorganization.The strength of association and governance performance of networkorganization is positive correlation,we should strengthen mutual relations between thenodes of the network organization accordingly.In addition,with the evolution of thedevelopment of network organization, network organization of the concentrationfluctuations in a certain range,enterprise cooperation will not lead to excessiveconcentration or concentration of over dispersion phenomenon.In the choice of partners,enterprises in low to a certain threshold will increase the cooperativeperformance of the whole network organization which lead to a win-win situation.This paper based on the practice of network governance, take the governance logicas a clue,analysis the relationship between governance stucture and performance whichprovides a new perspective for the governance of network organization.From theresearch point of view, this study draws lessons from the domestic and internationaltheoretical achievements by systematic analysis,choosing the relevant variables from themacroscopic angle,sets up a theory model,enriched the relevant theory to a certaindegree.Methods of this study included literary analysis and dynamic simulation methodwhich has certain innovations.
