Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Government Leaders Economic Responsibility Audit

Economic responsibility audit is Chinese special audit, continuous improvement, in the thirty years of development history and perfect, in promoting and leading cadres in politics, improve the management level, to ensure that the right to run in the sun and other aspects play an invaluable role, in practice and for the country to restore the huge economic losses, is an indispensable part of the government the audit system in china.This study firstly define the concept related with the principal leaders of economic responsibility audit and related theoretical basis, prepare for the follow-up study. Secondly, a detailed analysis of the present situation of the current government principal leaders of economic responsibility audit and the problems are found, the evaluation criteria are not uniform, the evaluation index is not comprehensive enough and the evaluation of the results of the use efficiency is not high. And then, from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, the appropriate choice of variables, construct the evaluation index system of the principal leaders of economic responsibility audit. The mayor A and B County as a case, to construct the evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit of the application analysis. The results prove the validity of this evaluation index system. Finally, several suggestions are put forward for the smooth implementation of the evaluation index system of the principal leaders of economic responsibility audit.
