Agriculture in the national economy has been irreplaceable and can not shake the position. China’s agricultural product characteristics-green is regarded as the first industry to enhance agricultural breakthrough,but always influence and restrict the circulation of the upgraded product sales and products.Visible,green agricultural products circulation enterprise(GAPCE) development and growth has important strategic significance.The limit for seasonal and regional green agricultural production,processing and extensive dispersion and other characteristics,to explore a country applies to GAPCE to develop green technology innovation path,both for academia or business are inevitable to an important research topic.Through the relevant theories and factors for green GAPCE technology innovation path to sort out,clear the technological innovation capability, organizational management,resource input capacity is the path to internal factors;market environment,social institutional environment is the external factors path.Based on the index of the relationship between structure and involves various factors is analyzed,and according to the characteristics and nature of the object of study,innovative added "grading test success rate","grading test input costs"and "grade certification standard implementation efficiency" three secondary evaluation index,and then applies the method of rough set in green GAPCE technological innovation path secondary to make an objective and scientific evaluation indexes selection,finally formed the green GAPCE technological innovation path secondary evaluation index system,then using the structural equation method to construct the green agricultural products circulation enterprises technological innovation path level evaluation index selection model,trying to find out the path of influence internal and external key level evaluation index.Based on the above analysis and research,to build the evaluation index system of GAPCE enterprises technological innovation path.Under the condition of national policy and its own capacity constraints,for green GAPCE to choose are analyzed in detail the main technical innovation path.On the path to the critical level on the basis of the evaluation indexes and the main path analysis,using the method of quantum entanglement build GAPCE model,trying to specific enterprises evaluation and selection of a suitable for their own development,the practical path of technological innovation,and to carry out specific analysis on the evaluation results of the model,found the path to the internal and external key level evaluation indexes that influence factors of the entanglement of relationship,for the path to the evaluation results to provide a basis for the in-depth analysis. Based on A business object as an example, through the enterprise operation and application of the above model, analysis the enterprise should be "green" technology innovation path as the choice of the optimal path.By means of GAPCE technological innovation path analysis and research,the article finally from the perspective of macro and micro two Suggestions are put forward the enterprise technology innovation path,trying to current and future the to optimize the path of technological innovation of enterprises to implement and for inspiration.
