At the beginning of independence, the economy of Pakistan was backward. Agriculture occupied the domain position but industry didn’t develop well. Meanwhile, lacking of the fundamental establishment was also the main problem in Pakistan. In order to solve these problems, Pakistan decided to apply the mode of economy development named mixed ownership which tried to develop industry and commerce relying on the private economy. After20years development of Pakistan, there was a great achievement of economy construction as well as making a great process in industrialization. While, with the development of economy, the unbalanced development of areas, the serious polarization, the unfair of society, the deformity of industry development and such kind of problems became more and more. These problems made an immeasurable result to Pakistan. In the early1970s, Pakistan faced the spilt of East Pakistan, the situation of serious losses to the national economy, new A li Bhutto government nationalization policies and all that brought significant loss to the economy. In the1980s, the international on the wave of privatization, international financial institutions to implement the "structural adjustment" policy and the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait and other external factors and economic development predicament of Pakistan led to the privatization reform in Pakistan. In recent40years, Pakistan has experienced Zia-ul-Haq denationalization policy, democratic decade full privatization, Pervez Musharraf during the reign of further deepening, period of adjustment and so on four stages since2008. At the same time, privatization is promoted constantly and the way of economy from simple to complex is developing as well as deepening the privatization. Pakistan has finished170deals,544.091billion rupees privatization revenues since privatization. During the privatization of organization framework gradually established, a large number of enterprises participate in the private. The government gets some money to reduce the pressure on financial and to promote economic development. However, due to some reasons, privatization’s pushes and downs of the economy make some negative impact on the employment. Policy continuity is poorer, corruption is more serious, privatization programmer issue is difference of reversibility and such kind of problems exists in the process of privatization. These problems restrict the privatizations as well as affecting the whole development of Pakistan.
