Empirical Research On The Relationship Between Technological Innovation And Enterprise Growth Of Small And Medium Board Listing Corporation

In theory, the development of small and medium enterprises board is conducive to better improve the financing of innovative SMEs chain,to accelerate the pace of scientific and technological achievements in the market, industry. It has an important role to promote and guide the transformation or upgrading of its industrial structure. Compared with other sectors,the small plates for enterprises to reduce barriers to entry, with emphasis on "innovation" and "growth."However, since the small plates opened its listed companies innovation and growth is still being questioned.Therefore, the study of the relationship between technological innovation and business growth of small plates listed companies, is conducive to better promote their industrial transformation and upgrading in plays an important role.The paper firstly reviews the research results in this field at home and abroad, on the basis of literature review in which the growth of small and medium enterprises index system, including six indicators, such as CR,ROE and QR,etc.These indicators can be measured enterprise’s debt paying ability,profit ability, and growth capability,thus they can comprehensively reflect the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.Then, This paper takes the Shenzhen SME board55manufacturing listing Corporation as research sample, using the sample data of2011-2013over the past3years, and to verify the hypothesis.The number of samples show the analysis of55manufacturing listing Corporation software on the2011-2013small plate using SPSS17.0statistics were related to factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, we can obtain the following four main conclusions:1.R&D investment intensity growth of SMEs positively correlated.2.R&D personnel proportion of investment and SMEs to grow positively correlated.3.R&D investment intensity with a lag positive impact on the growth of SMEs.4.R&D personnel proportion to the growth of SMEs without significant lag of positive effects. Obtained as described above findings have important theoretical and practical significance, and through relationships and mechanism of action studies of technological innovation and growth of SMEs, not only enrich the corresponding theory and broaden the research field, but also can provide reference for the government and enterprises in reality, thus contributing to the growth of enterprises.
