Cash dividend policy is the core content of corporate financial decisions. It is closely related to the company, shareholders, creditors and the interests of other parties. However, because of the nonphysical assets transfer and complex ownership structure, the financial companies are special and unique. So the objects of studies don’t include financial companies. However, the actual situation can not be ignored is that although the number of the financial listed companies accounted for only1.67%of the total number of Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares of the listing corporation, but its market value has accounted for the proportion up to25.07%. Therefore, the financial industry is the mainstay industry can’t be ignored, and it occupies an extremely important position. So, policies of the financial listed companies dividend have a crucial impact on the stock market. Therefore, in this study, the financial listed companies are absolutely can not be ignored and has a high research value. It not only regulate cash dividend policy of the stock market or to improve the capital market in China, studying the cash dividend behavior of financial companies in the stock market is important. This paper will be based on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares, financial listed companies related data collection, collation and analysis, finding the influence of the related factors and reasons, then analyze the problems. Finally put forward the reasonable suggestion to perfect the cash dividend of financial listed companies.
