Under the economic globalization, the knowledge quickly update and acceleratingprogress of technology, which asks companies must be innovative as the continuedmomentum of the business forward, if they want to achieve sustained advantage in thecompetition. The level of the individual employee innovation behavior is the foundation andstarting point for organizational innovation. The innovation of Chinese enterprises is notsatisfactory due to the lack of individual innovation behavior. Scientific and technicalpersonnel are the main creators of innovative enterprise, so how to improve the scientific andtechnical personnel of innovative behavior, which becomes the focus of many enterprises.Based on the framework of theory of planned behavior, through the theoretical deductionand the empirical studies of545questionnaires, this paper reveals the generating mechanismof scientific and technological personnel innovative behavior in China situation. First, thestudy gives the definition of scientific and technological personnel innovation behaviorattitude, subjective norm, perception behavior control, and then subdivide them asendogenous and exogenous attitude, mandatory norm and demonstration norm, self-efficacyand control ability respectively, testing the affections they have on the behavior of innovationthrough the mediating role of innovation intend;Second, explores the direct influence of thekey variable to innovation behavior;Finally, tests the regulatory role of the organizationalsupport in the conversion process of innovation intend to innovation behavior. The empiricalresults show that the endogenous attitude of behavior attitude have a positive effect on theinnovation behavior through the complete mediating role of innovation intend, thedemonstration standard of subjective standard and the two dimensions of perception behaviorcontrol (self-efficacy and control ability) have a positive effect on innovation behaviorthrough part mediating role of the innovation intend;the exogenous attitude of behaviorattitude and the mandatory norm of subjective norm have no effect on innovation intend, butcan directly affect innovation behavior positively;Organization support has a positiveregulatory role in the relationship of innovation intend to innovation behavior, this functionmainly reflects in the superior tool support.This article consists of three parts, and each part of the contents is as follows:The first part describes the research-related theoretical and practical backgroundThe first part describes the theoretical and practical background research, research topics,a preliminary description of research methods, research priorities and structural arrangements;then summarize previous studies were combing: the literature of the scientific and technicalpersonnel were combing, is defined and the concept of scientific and technical personnel;factors affect the innovative behavior of the scientific and technical personnel reviewed theliterature; literature of the theory of planned behavior and its application of the sort. The second part using theory of planned behavior as a framework, puts forward theexploring ideas of the innovative behavior of scientific and technical personnel Mechanism,on the basis of the analysis in the previous literature.Then it proposes the hypotheses of thisarticle. Finally, build a theoretical model for this study.The third part of the study design contains data processing and analysis. Firstly, itintroduce the measurement of relevant variables, and on the design of the questionnaire andthe issuance of instructions, and a brief overview of the statistical methods used in this study;Then, descriptive statistical analysis of samples, analysis of reliability and validity of thequestionnaire to ensure the internal consistency and content validity of the questionnaire,study the underlying assumptions of the model as well as the mediating effect of structuralequation model to detect, and then test organizations to support the adjustment effect Finally,the validation results are analyzed and discussed.The end of this article summarizes the conclusions of the study, presents the findings ofPractice Enlightenment, the lack of research and the outlook of the follow-up study.
