Application Of Method Based On Economic Value Added Performance Evaluation In Commercial Banks In China

China’s commercial banks need to better adapt to a new commercial bank performance evaluation system of commercial banks in the development of internal and external environment, the system should be able to accurately reflect the performance evaluation criteria of commercial banks, and the economic value added is generated in the context that it can measure evaluation criteria for commercial banks. As an effective management and decision support tool, economic value added performance evaluation method is causing more and more attention. The study uses the method of the case combined specification, combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative research methods analysis. The paper takes the economic value added applications of a subordinate branch of A commercial bank as an actual case studies,and then clears that the economic value added performance evaluation method has the advantages compared with other methods of performance evaluation. At last the paper proposes the corresponding specific recommendations for economic value added. The study has some reference for the application of evaluation of economic value added method in commercial banks.
