Research On Post-Evaluation Of Economic Benefits Of Power Transmission Project Of Power Grid Enterprises

In recent years, power grid enterprises have increased its investment for power grid year by year to serve for local economic construction, to improve the security and stability of the power grid operation, and to relieve the tense situation of power supply. For avoiding waste of resources caused by haphazard investment, it is necessary to carry out post evaluation of economic benefit for power grid project to analyze the reason of indicator deviation and have a lesson. By this, we can use capital more scientifically and reasonably, and improve the level of investment decision-making and investment benefit.This article firstly introduces the thesis’s background for selecting topic and research significance, and analyzes the domestic and foreign present research situation of post evaluation. Based on systematically introducing the concept of post evaluation of project economic efficiency, basic principles for evaluation, content of evaluation and procedures of evaluation and the characteristics of power transmission project of power grid enterprise, it emphasisly analyzes the calculating parameters of post evaluation of economic benefit,construct index system of post evaluation of economic benefit of power transmission project, and introduce two methods for post evaluation of economic benefit-comprehensive evaluation method for economic benefits of fuzzy optimization BP neural network and multi-leveled fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. Then in combination with the actual situation of power transmission project, it makes a statistic analysis on the basic parameters of financial evaluation, and a computational analysis on index of post financial evaluation and post evaluation of national economy, and comprehensively evaluate economic efficiency of power transmission project by using multi-leveled fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, then the evaluation conclusions is formed. Finally, this article summarizes the experiences in the process of post evaluation of economic benefits and put forward related improvement suggestions, it is a reference for post evaluation of the same kind of projects, points out the deficiency in the research process and confirms the struggling direction in the future.
