Power is an important energy resource in China’s primary energy production and consumption account for the composition of dominant position. Electricity supply industries directly related to the production operation and the normal life of ordinary residents. Therefore, to ensure stable electricity supply is of great significance. Power transmission link between the powers supplies, power transmission project is also directly affect the electricity supply factors. With China’s sustained rapid economic growth, demand for electricity will continue to increase. A large number of power transmission projects have been constructed. Research on power transmission and transformation project timely is far-reaching. It could provide the basis for follow-up project, and help policy makers to improve decision making and investment benefits, and give lessons for future decision-making and management of investment projects.The paper analyzes the research status in China and abroad, and describes the basic theory of project and post project evaluation. And makes an in-depth evaluation of practical significance of the power transmission and transformation project In view of the post project evaluation of power transmission and transformation project involves many influencing factors and has a comprehensive system, the paper uses the basic theory of AHP to established a specific target system of220kilovolt power transmission and transformation project in Qian fangzi. At the same time, the paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a comprehensive evaluation. At the end, the paper analyzes the evaluation results and offers some useful advice.
