With the reform of the market economy system and the rapid development of construction industry in china, the competition of construction market becomes more intense. How to seek development in the fierce competition has become the problem need to be solved urgently by construction enterprises. In the process of the construction, how to save money, reduce the loss, save labor, ensure the timely realization of project quality objectives and schedule objectives, so then achieve the maximum economic benefits for the construction enterprises depends on whether there is a good management mechanism, also depends on whether the project manager put enterprise benefit maximization as the goal, in order to realize mutual coordination and unification of their own responsibility, right, profit under the commodity economy situation.This thesis analyzed the current situation of the incentive and restrictive mechanism of the project manager in construction enterprise, problems have been revealed. On the basis of principal-agent theory, focuses on the cost control of engineering project, analyzed the game process of the behavior strategy combination and the enterprise supervision of the project manager for construction enterprise. Through the establishment of the basic model of the project manager’s incentive model, supervision model, project manager utility model and enterprise utility model, under the constraint conditions of the participation and the incentive compatibility constraint, to build a game model of project manager’s incentive and restrictive. The project manager compensation incentive measures has been proposed, and to alleviate the project manager.speculation through using this measurement.In this thesis, the model is used to compare and analyze the effect of the project manager’s three kinds of incentive compensation, and come to an optimal conclusion of Overall Rationing System., and how to effectively avoid the speculative behavior of project manager. improve the current incentive compensation forms are proposed.
