Development Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Rural Banks In Chenzhou City Of Hunan Province

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, but our country agricultural foundation is weak. Agriculture can be a powerful financial support or not, not only directly related to the development of rural economy, but also related to the construction of socialist new countryside construction and the harmonious society of socialism. In order to promote the healthy development of China’s rural economy, solve the problem of the shortage of financial supply problems in rural areas, in December 20,2006, China CBRC issued "adjusting and relaxing the market entry opinions in rural areas banking financial institutions ", to provided a way to solve the problem of lack of China’s rural financial market, promoted the perfection of rural financial system in our country. The rural bank is produced in such a background, with the support of national policy, the development of rural banks carry all before one. Under the background of state develop the rural banks, how to establishment of scientific management of rural bank is one of the important problems that rural bank faces.This article takes the rural finance, monetary banking, management and other disciplines basic theory as the instruction, using theoretical analysis combined with investigation and analysis, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis of research methods to introduces the current situation of the development of rural banks in Chenzhou City, summarizes and analyzes the development of rural bank in Chenzhou city facing the problems of external environmental problems and its factors, mainly displays in:in terms of the external environment, the government relevant supporting policies are not perfect, the financial supervision is not in place; in terms of their own factors, social awareness is low, market positioning is not accurate, professional management personnel less, financial business innovation ability is low, these problems have seriously restricted the sustainable development of Chenzhou City rural bank. According to the existing problems during the development of rural bank in Chenzhou City, this paper uses the method of SWOT analysis the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges, in the development of rural banks in Chenzhou City, and in reference to the successful experience of domestic and foreign rural bank, puts forward countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of rural banks in Chenzhou city.
