Research On R&D Financing Of Julong Stock Company

Since the Reform and Opening Up, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises of China have experienced from there to the process of growing, which play a more and more important role in the market economy. In recent years, the government has issued a series of policies and regulations witch target at small and medium high-tech enterprises, the development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises has become a priority of national development.Entering 21 th Century, high-tech enterprises promote technology innovation, technology transformation, economic growth, and the reason is the growth of research and development center. Research and development center is the source of enterprise technology innovation and the mainstay of technological innovation, one of the shaper is the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to increase investment in research and development broads the financing channels to promote research and development, technological innovation and progress, and enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises which is one of the key problems facing the development of high tech enterprises. This paper chooses the Northeast representative of high-tech enterprises-Julong finance stock company as the object of study. Through the investigation on the development of the company’s financing strategy analysis, this paper points out that the causes of the main problems existing in development financing strategy aspects and problems, in reference to domestic and foreign research and development of excellent enterprise financing experience, and this paper tries to put forward the Countermeasures of development financing, in hopes of improving the financing strategies of the company R&D.
