An Approach On High-tech Industry Cluster Development For Jiangmen High-tech Zone

Knowledge-based economy which takes technical innovation and industrial application of new and high technologies as the core competitiveness develops rapidly, and it has gradually become the power resource of the world economic development and social progress. The State High-tech Zone is the collecting centre of high and new technology industries, the zone's better platform for innovation and entrepreneurship system provides an important support to developing of the Hi-tech industries and the transformation of technological outcome for enterprises, and it's also the important carrier of improving the independent innovation capability. There is no doubt that High-tech Zone plays demonstration, radiation and leading role in structural transformation of the economy, change in the main source of economic growth and improvement of indigenous innovation capability.I take Jiangmen High-tech Zone as research subject in this paper. high-tech industrial cluster'development of Jiangmen High-tech Zone has been detailed discussed by using related theories about the industrial cluster. It also attempts to provide the model to high-tech industrial cluster'development of Jiangmen city and other areas'High-tech Zone. First, I introduces its current development of Jiangmen High-tech Zone, analyze its development environment and point out the present existing problems in the development of Jiangmen high-tech industrial cluster; Second, according to the actual conditions of Jiangmen High-tech Zone, I propose the development principle and three strategies for Jiangmen high-tech industrial cluster; At last, according to the existing problems in the development of Jiangmen high-tech industrial cluster, the countermeasures and suggestions is put forward for government, High-tech Zone and enterprises respectively according to their different characters in the development of Jiangmen high-tech industrial cluster.This paper can be divided into five chapters, the main contents of each chapter as follows:The first chapter is a introduction,this chapter mainly introduces the background of the study, the research situation at home and abroad, the content of this study and the arrangement of each chapter. The second chapter introduces the current situation of high-tech industrial cluster in Jiangmen high-tech zone. It mainly introduces the current situation of Jiangmen high-tech zone, and analyzes the development environment of Jiangmen high-tech zone and current situation of high-tech industrial cluster.The third chapter analyzes the problems which exist in the development of high-tech industrial cluster of Jiangmen High-tech Zone. According to the analysis of the current development situation of high-tech industrial cluster of Jjiangmen High-tech Zone, this chapter points out the problems existing in the development of high-tech industrial cluster in Jiangmen high-tech zone and the causes of those problems.The fourth chapter proposes the industrial cluster development strategy of Jiangmen high-tech zone. From the actual situation of Jiangmen high-tech zone and on the baisis of the theoretical results of industrial cluster, this chapter proposes high-tech industry cluster development ideas and general principles of Jiangmen high-tech zone and puts forward high-tech industry cluster development strategy of Jiangmen high-tech zone from the macroscopic Angle.The final chapter proposes the countermeasures and suggestions about the development of high-tech industrial cluster in Jiangmen high-tech zone.Against the problems existing in the development of high-tech industrial cluster in Jiangmen high-tech zone and the development strategy in the fourth chapter, this chapter puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions in the government, high-tech industry and local enterprises.
