Social enterprise is neither a pure social service organization nor a pure business enterprise; it is a new organization form of both social and economic value. Social Enterprises are committed to helping the disabled, unemployment, poverty and vulnerable groups to improve quality of life, and solve social problems that national policy can not touch. Enterprises get sustainable development by general commercial operations. Since 1990s, Social enterprises have gradually got quick development.Due to lack of proper standards to value, social enterprises’ value is often underestimated, its social value is unknown to people well, so social enterprises are hard to get the investors, and it is important to value social enterprises. At present our country social security system is weak, there are a large number of vulnerable groups of life cannot be guaranteed, employment social enterprise was born in this social environment, its main mission is to solve the problem of the employment of disadvantaged groups, skills training and job opportunities are provided for vulnerable groups.According to the perspective of innovation, this paper divides social enterprise into two types of innovation and employment. This paper analyzes the composition and usual measurement methods of social enterprises, and analysis results and process performance of the employment social enterprise. Then, it analyzes key performance areas and key success factors of employment social enterprises based on the perspective of life cycle, designing starting-up, growing period and mature period of performance evaluation system. In order to apply the evaluation system in practice, test and verify the rationality of the evaluation system, this article selects the classic employment social enterprise shenzhen XY software company as an example, evaluates performance and analyzes the result, to guide practice better. Finally, this paper summarizes the research conclusion of this article and proposes the outlook for future research.
