The above four methods which is better, depends on the business strategy and the political, economic, technical environment, therefore, the scientific evaluation and analysis is needed.In the middle of the 20 th century, China airlines are completely under the planned economy, the supply and demand is extremely imbalanced. With the strong government support airlines are in the monopoly status. So, at that time most of the aircrafts is introduced by airlines own funds and bank loans. Until the early 21 st century, China reformed their airlines and shipping companies from the shelter of civil aviation administration, then allow the establish of private airlines. As the planned economy to market economy transition gradually, and the perfection of financial instruments, aircraft leasing slowly boarded the stage of the mainstream.Realistic proceeding from reality of Chengdu Aircraft Corporation, this paper presents that what kind of measure would Chengdu Aircraft take to complete the company’s overall development demands under the programming which planed to import more than 100 Aircraft in the next decade.First of all, make a comprehensive survey to the influence of civil aviation throughout the history, present situation and the introduction of the aircraft leasing industry;Secondly, analyze the effect of different levels to Aircraft Corporation under various introduction of ways;Furthermore, from the reality of Chengdu Aircraft corporation, standing on the airlines and financiers two perspectives, this paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of various ways to introduce, and from the aspects of development strategy, this paper aims at the capital structure and financial data systematically and minutely, a complete and comprehensive scheme is designed for the introduce of Chengdu airlines aircrafts. No matter in any time, we should under the premise of the strategic direction and the condition of assets and liabilities, introduce the aircraft in the way of the least cost.Eventually, taking the financial lease which put into effect in 2014 as an example, combining with the theory which provided antecedent, this article would take a detailed presentation and analysis from various angles, for instance, from the specific operational procedures to the transaction structure and from the tax planning to cost income.I hope this article can provide different levels of theory and practice workers useful insights.
