| In China’s national economy, the agriculture is in basic position. The sustainable development of the agricultural economy is closely related with land, especially the development and utilization of cultivated land. Land is the most important agricultural production data, the basis for human survival, land resource is an important natural resource and the carrier of human survival activities.Linqu is located in Yimeng Mountain area, the economic development is mainly based on agriculture. But in Linqu, much population and less land、farmland area of average capita less than one Mu、hilly land full of weeds and much barren land, all these restrict seriously the development of modern agriculture in Linqu. Therefore, On the basis of actual development and application of agricultural land resources, through the research on land resources of inefficient in the west mountain area, the sand hills area in the east, flood plains in the middle, Linqu know about more problems on the present situation and the existence of agricultural land use. The main problems are: Firstly, low utilization rate of land, low rate of output, poor quality of cultivated land, less cultivated land per capita. Secondly, hills of dry land is barren, mountain roads are mostly narrow winding path, rugged. The scattered land is not conductive to the mechanical operation. Thirdly. Water conservancy facilities are not complete. Water resource is relatively scare, water conservancy facilities have been experienced serious damage over the years, which can not meet the irrigation at drought days, the flood can not be timely excretion. Fourthly, low technology and shortage of investment, seriously impact on the use of land benefit. Poor production conditions, weak economic foundation and low income of common grain crop make the peasants be lack of enthusiasm for grain production. Fifthly, the system of agricultural technology promotion is not perfect, with low content of science and technology, also affect the development and application of inefficient agricultural land.The main research methods used in this paper is:the literature analysis method, comparative analysis method, method of surveying on the spot, method of qualitative analysis and method of quantitative analysis. Through investigation and study, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the various treatment methods in different regions will be proposed. The main research results are as follows:Firstly, According to the regional characteristics, different development and engineering measures will be adopted Carrying out the ways of blasting loosening, ditching backfill to make step field along the contour in the east hills and south sanded mountain area, carrying out the way of masonry stone weir and open up wasteland soil to make terrace in the west limestone mountainous area. Carrying out the way of unified planning to level ditch, reduce the sill to form field in the beach land, and move earth to level up the bench land, thicken soil layer, to get fine system of drainage and construction of high efficient field.Secondly, carrying out biological technology and combination of different areas with different soil to plant economic trees and of different crops, which form rational distribution about woods on the top of mountain, fruit trees among the mountains, grains and vegetable at the foot of the mountain.Thirdly, carrying out new technology of integrated management of field、water、 road、forest and village, focus on combination of mountainous area treatment with ecological environment protection. There are many mountains and less land in Linqu County, soil erosion is serious, the ecological environment is fragile, production conditions are not good, which are the biggest factors restricting agricultural development.Therefore, inefficient agricultural land in the mountain area should be based on combining land development treatment with ecological environment protection, these items should be taken as long-term projects. |
