The Relation Between Tourists’ Satisfaction And Their Tolerance To The Ticket Price Of Gulangyu Scenic Spot

In scenic spot ticket prices are up across the country, rising ticket prices and the visitors’tolerance to the pric have become an important contradiction of the scenic spot operation and management. To solve the problem of severe overloading of Gulangyu scenic area in recent years appear problem, Xiamen city related department to improve the Gulangyu scenic spot ticket prices (ferry ticket) which produced a large response among the tourists. Visitors how to respond to the rise in ticket, their satisfaction of Gulangyu scenic spot whether affect their acceptance of higher ticket, this aspect is worth studying. This not only enriched the visitor ticket price tolerance of empirical research, to provide the reference for Gulangyu scenic area management.The relation between tourists’satisfaction and the tickets price is considered as research subject in the paper. After investigating and analyzing the scenic involvement, the degree of tourists’satisfaction, the perception of spot brand, price fairness and spot quality, it is systematically studied by the means of the literature deductive method, empirical analysis method, statistical analysis method and the multidisciplinary research method. The study results show that the differences of tourists’tolerance to the spot ticket price lie in gender, age, education, income level. And the more satisfaction gains from the scenic spot, the higher tolerance degree to the ticket price shows by tourists. The perception of both spot quality and price fairness have a direct effect on tourists’ticket price tolerance. It is a positive correlation between them accurately. Besides, spot image and the tourists involvement indirectly affect the visitor tickets price tolerance.Nearly 2/3 visitors can accept the higher price tickets than now,which means that there still are some room for ferry fares to rise.
