| In recent years, China’s coal market is growing overcapacity. To face the lowing prices、increasing competition from market, the coal companies began to strengthen management. The sophisticated management is accomplished in the companies. However, the advanced management method does not work well, resulting in poor management effectiveness. This article proviced that forms are tools to achieve sophisticated management by summarizing senior scholar’s theoretical studies. Project management involves the owners、 designer supervision units、construction units. Many rules and regulations, many target control points is involved in project management. Thus, the resulting management system may not be implemented, employees poor execution of reality, eventually leading to the goal of building the project out of control, extension of time, increasing investment, the formation of half works.By studying the content of the sophisticated management, this paper summarized the meaning set forth in the forms and management organization runningways. It proposed that in the project management, we can transform job content into simple procedures by a carrier form, in order to achieve the goal of meticulous project management. It can strengthen enterprise management basis to meet the increasingly fierce competition in the external market.In JN project management, we use the form to integrate progress, quality and safety control targets into sophisticated management system, coupled with the form of information transmission means to achieve fast and accurate, ensuring the completion of goals. "System processes, workflow form" of the concept has been proven. Forms management applications explore a new way for the enterprise implementation of sophisticated management, This management concept have not yet fully implemented in the country, even in developed countries, this aspect of research is very weak, but its advantages and prospects have attracted attention of industry experts and managers. |
