In twenty-first Century,the cost of human resource is becoming more and more intense competition between the enterprises become more prominent in the competition for talent,especially in the competition for enterprises core employees.The internal flow of the core employees not only affects the future development of enterprises,the turnover is the precursor of corporate crisis.The turnover of key employees may lead to leakage of core technologies or business secrets of enterprise,to bring the huge losses of enterprises.Therefore,how to reduce the turnover rate of employees,maintain liquidity employees reasonable health,is a urgent problem to be solved of entrepreneur and human resource management department.This paper based on the job embeddedness theory,combined the literature analysis and empirical research,use the six dimensions of job embeddedness to explore the influence of the enterprises core staff’s flowing in our cultural background job.Through the use of mature job embeddedness scale and turnover intention scale,and combining the basic variable of population statistics,shaped this article’s questionnaire.Then obtain the overall level of turnover intention degrees of the postal express enterprise core staff.This paper starts from the deep motivation of postal express enterprise core staff flowing,focusing on the factors influencing the core employee turnover analysis,found that the degrees of turnover slightly imbalance in X postal company core staff.The leader should strengthen the flow state of the core staff attention,and take corresponding measures.In order to avoid more loss and to better solve the flowing problem of the X postal company core staff, This paper forms the advance mechanism, maintain mechanism, feedback mechanism three aspects put forward some management suggestions and methods, for improving the core staff situation and reduce the turnover intention and make the enterprises develop steadily.
