Turnover rate is an important indicator investigate the status ofinternal human resources, high turnover rates will increase the cost of theorganization’s human resources, reducing the efficiency of the organization. Thequantity and quality of Science and Technology Talents is an important aspectto measure the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Thus, how to effectivelymanage Science and Technology Talent has become a hot issue of humanresource management. How to reduce the Science and Technology Talentturnover rate (voluntary turnover rate) within a reasonable range, so as to ensurethe healthy and stable operation of the enterprise has become the focus ofscientific and technological talent management problems.As a precursor to turnover behavior, turnover intention needs to be takenattract to. To analyze factors that influence the turnover intention is critical. Jobembeddedness was proposed in2001, which was used in the introduction of anemployee voluntarily leaving research by American psychologist Mitchell. Thetheory is inherited and also an complement to traditional employment theories.After reading the article literature related to the work of embedding theory,combing talents of their own characteristics, talent turnover intention wasanalyzed in this paper being based on making the relevant empiricalinvestigation of the factors affecting the science and technology.In order to analyze the factors that influence of turnover intention ofscience and technology professionals, this paper designed a questionnaire ofturnover intention. Through data analysis and factor analysis accordingly,organizational link, organizational match, organizational sacrifice, communitylink, the community match and the community sacrifice were separated byprincipal component analysis. At the expense of the six factors, this studyverified the applicability of the job embeddedness of science and technology Talent turnover intention. This paper also came to work out the applicability ofjob embeddedness.By doing descriptive statistical analysis, the average of enterprisetechnology professionals job embeddedness is2.858, which is a bit low. Theresult indicates the extent of embedded business technology professionals workis not high enough. Besides, standard deviation is relatively large, indicatingThe the difference between individuals is large.Similarly, according to turnover intention scale factor analysis, the meanturnover intention of science and technology staff surveyed is2.886. Thestandard deviation of0.633,which is relatively large. The results indicates thatturnover intention of science and technology talents is relatively high.The aboveanalysis shows that the current enterprises should take seriously to the turnoverintention of science and technology. and they also should take certain way toprevent the growing number of technology professional leave, inn order toretain live excellent human resources, and effectively save corporate operatingcosts as well.Through regression analysis, the paper work out the science andtechnology talent turnover intention regression equation.In order to better reflect the issues enterprise science and technology talentturnover intention, we selected an enterprise in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, acase study of the enterprise through statistical talents questionnaire. By puttingthe data into the regression equation of turnover intention, we came out that thebusiness technology professionals turnover intention value is4.254, indicatingthat the loss of business technology professionals a more serious. Also, in theactual research from HR information data, science and technology talentturnover rate is about25%, which was consistent with the actual situation of thefindings. Therefore, enterprises should take early and effective means to controlscience and technology talent to leave within the normal range.Finally, focusing on how to effectively control the science and technology talent turnover intention, the article gives advice and recommendations based onthe results of the questionnaire.This paper researches the turnover intention of science and technologytalents from the prospective of job embededness innovatively. Besides, theimpact of network technology development on turnover intention was taken intoaccount. Finally, by the quantitative research of job embeddedness, the paperdraws out the embedded value of the variable relations between the variousfactors.
