A Study On The Relationship Between Qfii Shareholdings And Corporation Governance Structure, Financial Sustainable Growth

After People’s Congress in 2015,the country determine to the basic pace of capital market reform, opening up through the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock market opened a new prospects, given the stock market at home and abroad to attract more and more attention, the deepening of China’s securities market reform is bound to attract more foreign institutional investors to invest in China’s securities market participants as a step, foreign institutional investors play an increasingly important role in China’s capital market. In this paper, QFⅡ shareholding and corporate governance structure, the relationship between the sustainable growth of financial conduct empirical research, from three dimensions to study the relationship between corporate governance and corporate governance characteristics QFⅡ holdings between these three dimensions are: Board of Directors and dimensions, and the controlling shareholder equity dimensions, the extent of disclosure, the fourth dimension is the dimension of financial sustainable growth, the relationship between variables studied by evidence, for the study of domestic QFⅡ system building blocks.Paper chooses 2011-2013 Shenzhen and Shanghai A-share listed companies QFⅡ ownership structure and corporate governance, financial indicators and other data, through the study found, QFII holdings and characteristics listed company board of directors, ownership concentration and nature of the controlling shareholder has a significant correlation relationship did not find the information transparency and financial sustainable growth is related to achieving a significant relationship, but with the financial sustainable growth to achieve a significant degree of correlation relationship. This study may make investors and listed companies in terms of inspiration QFⅡ investment oriented, rich capital market research QFII system, and investors to provide empirical advice.
