Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors,shortly of QFII.QFII system is a professional qualification certification system which is refers to the foreign institutional investors to invest in the domestic capital market.QFII is a specialized investment institutions which has professional advantages which are mature management experience and perfect investment overseas.Some countries which are in the development process,they use QFII to promote the development of domestic capital market and perfect the national basic construction.Qualified foreign institutional investors have professional technological advantages and information advantages.A lot of research's results of qualified foreign institutional investors show that QFII can ease the interest conflict between principal and agent.As the scope of foreign institutional investment amount and investment expansion,motivation and conditions of the QFII has involved in corporate governance.How to see the QFII of the role of securities market in our country,how to measure the development of securities market procee in our country when QFII paly the role,and how the role of the QFII shareholders affect in the governance of listed companies,and QFII affect the relationship between the management and control system of people,this has become a reflection when QFII system has shown in our country.In view of the above,this paper focuses on the foreign institutional investor shareholding period impact on governance performance of listed companies.This paper choose deep Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2003 to 2015 the QFII shareholding period and corporate governance performance indicators such as data,through the study found that QFII shareholding period will affect the performance of corporate governance,and when holding the longer cycle time affect the more significant.The research of this paper may make investors and listed companies from the aspects of QFII investment orientation and abundant capital market research of QFII system,and puts forward some policy suggestions...
