Risk is objective and exists in any project,especially for the large ones. For most of projects they are comprehensive and operational,so managers should pay full attention to the entire process of implementation. As a project, Taixiang testing center in the construction process, there is a construction of large-scale, long cycle characteristics, and the initial end-use to the project from construction. Not only we need the participation of external construction units, also need to do a variety of internal coordination, cooperation, and it is part of the many uncertainties in the external environment making this project is also in the process of construction will inevitably encounter various internal and external risks. Improve risk awareness and strengthen risk management, and will minimize the risk of possible degree is the ultimate goal Taixiang testing center construction project risk management.In this paper, risk management Taixiang Group Testing Center construction project for the study, on the basis of risk management concepts and theories, literature review method and AHP and other qualitative and quantitative method of combining the potential risks of the project were the presence of objective analysis and proposed rationalization proposals for risk prevention.Based on the investment decision of the construction period, the main risks of different periods of operational risk identification, and on this basis, according to the expert scoring method of risk evaluation.
