Research On The Agricultural Integration Pattern Of Industry Recycling Economy By The Luzhoulaojiao Limited Company

The sustainable development gained much more momentum in the face of some serious issues:The sky-rocketing global population, intensifying industrialization process, environmental pollution and the resources shortage. As we enter a new phase of socio-economic development, the kind of growth pattern we’ve been undertaking which solely relies on the expense of environment and massive energy consumption rate became incompatible with the green economy policy, in other words, the sustainable development especially in the integration of industry-agriculture is imperative for our future economic growth.This thesis primarily takes the implementation and the plan of the integration of industry-agriculture by a Chinese liquor industry representative Luzhou Laojiao as our research object to address the above questions. In addition, the paper thoroughly analyzed the material bases,interior-exterior conditions,the status quo of recycling economy by Luzhou Laojiao which points out that it is significant that the integration pattern of industry-agriculture-society sets a key tone for the urban-rural integration so as to solve the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers.The contents are as follows:1、To establish a recycling economic development pattern, it should be cored by high efficient use of resources and recycling technology, principled by the reduction, reusability and recycling, featured by the low consumption, low emission and high efficiency. Such growth model has become an imperative option for our development. We could also learn from some successful foreign models.2、The paper takes the background information of Luzhou Lajiao Corp Ltd., a large state-controlled listed companies, as research object. With the application of PEST Analysis Model so to know the interior-exterior conditions plus the opportunities and possibilities of recycling economy, it further concluded that the recycling economy is crucial for Luzhou Laojiao.3、It listed the current situation for Luzhou Laojiao to undertake the recycling economy including the construction of bottling water recycling device, utilization of waste distiller’s grains, he pertinent sewage treatment plant, the optimization of incentive mechanism of recycling economy etc. The Recycling Economy System of Luzhou Laojiao has initially completed.4、The design and schemes for the general Recycling Economy by Luzhou Laojiao: 3 subsystems-the institution of sanitary brewing method, the organic farm model as well as liquor concentrated development area. These subsystems, based on the organic agricultural development, centered around industry park (a beneficial interaction of industry and agriculture), together with Luzhou agricultural policies "new wine, new center, new village" form the interaction of industry-agricuture recycling economy.5、As we can tell from such economic pattern of Luzhou Laojiao, it is not only choice favored by state policy, but also a self-need. Considering the urban-rural development and interaction of cities and countries to address the 3 rural issues, the integration growth model is worthy of learning and generalization nationwide.
