A Study Upon Automotive Supply Chain Finance Business Model And Game Tactics

Traditional bank loan models to small and medium-sized enterprises are very difficult because of its small size and limited total asset, they are always viewed as enterprises which have poor credit and poor risk-taking ability. The birth of the new supply chain finance service models based on the core enterprises guarantee open up a way for the SMEs. Banks become an important role in the whole supply chain, it not only evaluate the SMEs, but it takes into account the supply chain as a whole, which is equivalent to finance the entire supply chain. The reason for the occurrence of such a large conversion for banks is its evaluation is based on a strong strength and good credit of core businesses.Automobile industry is our important pillar industry. It has long industrial chain,intense asset, and it concerns many businesses. It contains auto parts suppliers,automobile dealers and 4S which take the automaker as a core. They become a typical supply chain. so the bank and some automaker begin to carry out the supply chain finance, and because of the auto industries’ feature, the SCF’s service model are unique and it causes much attention of many scholars, and some studies concentrate on the profit model and the service model.This paper analyses the concept of auto SCF, its feature, theoretical basis, service model and game strategy, then focuses on the research of two auto SCF model: car pledge(entity pledge)and car certificate pledge(counter guarantee). Through carmaker supply return policy as credit guarantee for car dealers, the context builds a tripartite body model based on the classic game theory Stackelberg game model, respectively analyses strategies under these two models, then compares the game situation and optimizes credit decision, repo rate and purchase quantity.This paper further carries out empirical study, and based on the real datas, it uses MATLAB to testify the above game model, further studies the model and its result.
