Comprehensive evaluation has been existed in various fields of human society. It’s an important research content of decision-making analysis area. Comprehensive evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation of objective, fair, reasonable of evaluation objects, the classical comprehensive evaluation process is divided into four steps. First of all, clear the purpose of evaluation, evaluation and the evaluation object, establish the evaluation index system. Secondly, the evaluation index types consistent with dimensionless pretreatment. Thirdly, determine the index weight. Finally, information gathered and analysis the evaluation results. According to the different problems and evaluation purpose of comprehensive evaluation, process and method of evaluation is also slightly different. The traditional comprehensive evaluation, many studies show the problems of the static evaluation, these are the evaluation of evaluation object’s related indicators at each time point, which can truly reflect the differences in the timing of the evaluation object. The development of things is dynamic change and fluctuation process, therefore, the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of scientific, objective analysis, in the dynamic environment evaluation and grasp the operation status of the evaluated object has become key issues in management decision makers need to solve.Based on the related literature, the research and exploration of the method of dynamic incentive comprehensive evaluation’s main research is as follows:(1) Put forward a multivariate dynamic comprehensive correction method by means of using modification factor and modification function to horizontal and vertical correction. Based on this, we formulate corresponding variation coefficient according the changes of correction value, so that the evaluated object and its index performance in the entirety is gotten. In addition, we can use it as a proportion of rewards and punishments and performance pay adjustment factors according the variation coefficients.(2) Put forward a dynamic incentive evaluation based on overall information and incentive strategy simulation, constructs a incentive coefficient with reward excellent index and punishment worse index meaning from the perspective of overall information by incentive layer the state timing matrix and trend timing matrix. Based on this, comprehensive evaluation value and the ranks of objectives is gotten. In addition, through the simulation of the incentive strategy, analyze different strategies influence to the initial sorting and the change effect of each strategies sort.(3) Check whether the above two kinds of dynamic incentive method has achieved the expected incentive effect, and analyzes the incentive method for sensitivity data changes, using what behavior causes the ranking and evaluation value increased the fastest.Finally, make a main conclusion of the study and propose the further research.
