Through several decades of development,the real estate industry has occupied an increasingly important position in the nation al economy,especially the abolition of the welfare housing distribution policy from the state, the real estate industry has entered a new stage of developm ent, nearly 10 year s of golden developmentperiod. From the beginning of the second half of 2013, the four trillionstimulus release finished, changes in the real estate industry’ s supply and demand,and the adjustment of macro policies developing countries to guide the real estate industry,brought about a new change on the development of the industry.Facing the new situation of the developm ent of the industry, C Real Estate Company(hereinafter referred to as "C") have revealed m any not adapt andmismatch problem at the strategic level, the urgent need for carding, the development strategy of future perfect. Through scientific analysis anddemonstrates, the medium and l ong term business strategy for the C company, to ensure the future health, sustainable development.This paper consists of seven parts, the first part of the introduction of the basic situation of the research background, research methods, writing ideas are described; secondly, collection and analysis of business strategy theory, providing theoretical support for the follow-up analysis and ar gument; and then to the enterprise external environment and internal environment is analyzed, the currentthe real estate market is facing a new cycle of endogenous adjustment, residential market supply-demand relationship is changed from shortage to basic balance of supply and demand, the overall level of profitability of the industry is gradually return to rational, today the survival of enterprisesare facing challenges if there is no enough sale scale, but in the size of the m arket growth continues to weakenthe case, relying on the scale is dif ficult to win. C company needs to actively seek the transformation of traditional residential real es tate industry based on. C company has accumulated abundant experience in the deve lopment of, have the basic ability of the real estate business operation. But the lack of business growth,the scale of operation scale is small, fine management capability is stillinadequate, the lack of core competitiveness, the lack of brand appeal in the industry.Based on the basic situation in the sixt h chapter, the paper worked out th e C company’s business strategy, including three levels, three stages and 10 specificstrategy, three levels of strategy respectively, overall strategy, business strategy and functional strategy, three stages of the strategic execution including stock development stage, developing stage and entered the top 100, the specific strategies include the overall strategy to related diversification as the core, to cost leadership and differentiation based business strategy, human, financial, and covers marketing, research and development, brand, information, function strategy. The article elaborated in the seventh part of the specific implementation of the strategy.This paper combines theory with practice, analyzing the strategy of C company, the C company management decision-making and other peer enterprises strategy willplay a certain reference role.
