Therefore, how to from the consumer to enjoy a better quality shopping experience point of view, to explore consumers of various shopping experience demand, to enhance the consumer shopping experience quality as the guiding ideology, systematically formulated specific strategy of marketing experience in electronic commerce is very necessary.Consumers through the B2C e-commerce platform to buy things, although the essence of consumption is still a shopping, but experienced the process of browsing pages, compared to commercial, after-sales service and so on each link, e-commerce enterprises can through the experience of the implementation and application of the marketing strategy, to give consumers the most pleasing quality shopping experience.
